Most iconic moment from each team

The White Sox and Rangers would be the same moment. When Robin Ventura stormed the mound and got his ass kicked by Nolan Ryan.
 
Even though the Cubs fell short in 2003, the Kerry Wood home run in Game 7 of the NLCS was pretty incredible. Wrigley was very loud.

Yankees- a lot to choose from, first that came to mind was Babe’s called shot, so that’s what I’m going with
Red Sox- Ending the curse of the Bambino
Blue Jays- Touch em all Joe
Rays- Longoria’s walkoff to complete the comeback for a WC spot in 2011
Orioles- Ripken passes Gehrig

Royals- The blown call in game 6 in 85
White Sox- Podsednik World Series Homer???
Twins- Jack Morris 91 game 7 performance
Tigers- Ordonez 2006 ALCS walk off???
Guardians- Feller’s opening day no hitter

Mariners- Griffey Sr and Jr go back to back????
A’s- Moneyball assisted, but the Hatteburg homer
Angels- Spezio game 6 homer in 2002
Rangers- Kenny Rogers perfect game
Astros- Altuve ALCS homer off Chapman

Morris’ ‘84 Opening Day No Hitter has to be up there. Went 35-5 to start that season. ‘87 catching Toronto on the last day is up there.

Mickey Lolich (on one days rest)out dueling Bob Gibson in Game 7 of the 68 WS would get my vote. He went 3-0, with 3 complete games.

Two time mvp that should have won a third and was competitive a few more times. That's pretty good for an average (at best) player.

I didn’t know about the Lolich WS. Has to be the most underrated WS performance of all time.

Would be close between he and Lew Burdette in 57. Both 3-0 with 3 CG’s, and neither really get mentioned all that much when talking about all time great WS performances

There’s two moments from the 2021 WS run that will go down as more iconic than the Bream slide that is only memorable because Bream was slow as sin and Barry Bonds had a noodle arm. Matzek coming in and striking out the side with runners on second and third with no out and a run already in against the Dodgers in game 6 of the NLCS and Soler’s monster 3 run bomb in game 6 of the WS

But none will top Aaron passing Ruth as far as iconic moments go, every baseball fan knows about that

It was more of an Aaron moment than braves moment.
 


This game felt like a turning point for the franchise. And yes, this was the A-Rod/Varitek game.
