Hehe…I also like to say “medium” to them. And when they say, “oh, a grande.” I say, “yep, if that’s what you’re calling a medium”.
On the exceedingly rare occasion I go to a Starbucks (really only in airports with no other option), I have had that exact exchange, only with a large.
ugh. Totally forgot to get gas earlier this week. Now I’m going to have to sit in line for 4 hours with all the weekend warriors paying holiday weekend prices!

I don't drink coffee much, but when I have been out with others and they want to "pop in" to something like Starbucks, I always order a large "Black Coffee" and the so-called "Baristas" AND others in line are like, "HUH"?Hehe…I also like to say “medium” to them. Okay, let's see what kinda booze we're sittin' on here: some Jim Beam, some gin, a Budweiser, and a Ciderboys. So for those of you scoring at home,
That's a whiskey drink
And that's a vodka drink
That's a lager drink
And that's a cider drink
Let The "WOKE" be with you, I guess!!Hey, @moxie - Have you ever looked through the Athleta site?
I saw something somewhere that turned out to be made by Athleta, so I went to their site to check it out.
There I am, blithely scrolling though the pictures, when all of a sudden, the pictures changed from healthy looking women to ... women who were downright fat. No, not plump, not curvy - fat.
I thought, ok, that's a little jarring, but maybe they just want people to know this particular item is available in larger sizes.
I saw another item I wanted to check out. This one was a sort of legging.
It was the same thing, except worse, because the fat people were in leggings.
I don't mean to sound cruel, or whatever, but holy shit.
I mean, really, these are not just women who are non-skinny, or non-athletic. They're fat.
It's great if companies are making clothing for fat people other than makeshift tents, but ... I'm sorry, I don't want to see pictures of fat women in leggings, or crop tops. At the very least there should either be some sort of warning or way to filter them out.
The owner is sure glad the cops corralled that guy.
I’ve not ever been to their site but it sounds very fucking rude.Hey, @moxie - Have you ever looked through the Athleta site?

Praise of the obese is not healthy.
In B4 @gobigred and @trojanfan12 and that useless asshole @huskers1217 say I like fatties.
I don't. Those losers can go fuck themselves.
