My well is like 500 feet deep. Only downside is no power means no running water since the pump runs on electricity, so a generator is a must have and you can’t really have a tankless water heater

So, sometime last week, for a reason I cannot begin to understand, every ache and pain I have decided to concentrate in one spot on the upper/back part of my right shoulder.

It's great not having aches and pains all over, but holy fuck, I'd take them back in a heartbeat if it would get rid of this searing pain in this one spot.

I have one of those balls with rubber spikes all over it to roll out knots, but even lying on a board on the ball only helps for a liitle while.
