Overrated: Texas A&M. They were really meh last year and don't have a QB. The class they signed was awesome but if they are relying on a bunch of true freshman 2024 will be fun but 2022 not so much.

Underrated: BYU. Total gamble. They return a lot of starters from last year but lost their RB. But we are still playing by COVID rules so they have 24-25 year old guys who went on the mission in 2019 still on the roster. Their schedule is brutal but they have key games at home or at neutral sites that benefit them. They could be the best 8-4 team in the country but if they run the table they are a lock for the playoffs.
