Today I have plenty to discuss, Hobby Wise! I have six pics and each one has a message.
In the first pic is my new submarine and it is more fun than I expected. I parked it there on purpose so I could take a pic. The dive operation is way cool! I don't know how it works but you can dive it to the bottom and it will stay well below surface until its controlled to raise. I think the biggest drawback is the charge only lasts about 10 minutes running constantly. Two would be twice as fun in case I ever get doxed! We would have so much fun, me & my Doxer!

What you see here is how the undergravel filter will be set up to be placed on the floor of the Pondish. This is my own idea to use a sprinkler hose instead of plastic plumbing to push water through the substrate. It will be 6 to 8 inches deep with lava rock, and then a layer of landscape fabric and then topped off with 2 to 3 inches of pea gravel. I hope to have up and running tomorrow and it could take up to 3 weeks before the filter is bio-ready or whatever it's called! The water was tested in the Pondish and it's still almost as pure as tap water as far as nitrates are looked at. Zero PPM (parts per million)
