EPL 2022/2023

If Man United is getting its defense right then other EPL teams have something to worry about.
I watched it. Overall I thought Arsenal was slightly better with possession but got killed on the counter attacks. Ten Hag is getting it right. He is the unconditional boss right now...not Ronaldo and Maguire. What a difference two weeks makes.

Its funny how different things are at ManU vs after their 2nd game. Ten Hag got some players in that he wanted/needed to play his system and they seem to be beginning to buy in.

VAR in the EPL is a disgrace. At worst it's corrupt, at best it's incompetent. It's
this kind of shit, in all games not just West Ham, happening every week in multiple
games that are turning me off of the EPL
and making me tune in more to the Bundesliga and La Liga.

Mané has had 6 offside goals called back already. Is wondering where is the VAR he is used to to count them aka EPL VAR.

Chelsea better stay away from Graham Potter.

Pochitino (spelling) next at Chelsea

I'm thinking Tuchel's firing isn't really about results. I think it's more of a personality/vision clash between him and the new owner.

He has a history of rubbing people the wrong way.

They just signed him. I think a 5 year deal.

Guess this guarantees Potter will be the next Spurs manager once Conte leaves and Chelsea sacks Potter in a few years.

Good news for us!

LFC needed This break bad, wolves would have put 3 through last Saturday.

Didn't know what to do with myself in the mornings. Just wasn't the same.

And Now an international break of 18 days for Liverpool. Much needed rest for some and healing time. Don’t play again until the 1st.

How the hell is the league going to fit these games in? tack them on to the end of the season i guess. For a club like LFC, which is likely to still be in all their cup competitions until the later stages, this is ridiculous.

I agree with your first part. It’s going to be tough to fit some of these things in. Especially matchups that look/are great and matter In league play. But I’d argue more for City or ManU or even your boys. I don’t see Liverpool going past the first round of knockout in the UCL if they even get out of the group stage. Plus Klopp just won the other 2 domestic cups so he isn’t fielding strong teams IMO and they are more then likely losing early in them. I hope I’m wrong on that.

Certainly a lot of congestion there though For many teams.

Liverpool eyeing Konrad Laimer now. He had a deal to join Bayern but fell through. He would be a good pickup imo
