The newest neighbors leave their garbage can out for days (they've figured out to put it on the concrete of their driveway and not the grass after a couple weeks...) and they killed all their grass by cutting it way too fucking short. The previous owners probably had the best lawn/landscaping on the block and within a month, it's already 80% a yellowish brown mess.
Second newest set cuts their grass maybe once a month. Scratch that, they pay some random dude with a non-descript pickup to haul a lawnmower to mow their lawn once a month. Which...I...guess(?) is an upgrade after they hired the same dude to plow their driveway after they shoveled once by pushing the snow into the middle of the fucking street.
