I consider them more of a rival then Pitt and I live in PA. Their fanbase cares about football regardless and as you said the game usually delivers.
 
Gut feel is WVU handles VT tonight but… we’ll see

Same , better/more passionate fans than Pitt ever thought about having. I get and appreciate the history of the brawl but imo this one is more intense
