Protestor who entered field files police report

If I had two dogs and one of them was stuck in my burning house and one of my daughters was also trapped in there, I'd use the dog that wasn't trapped to beat down the flames while I rescued my daughter.
If I had two dogs I would kill one just so I didn't have to own two dogs.

I wonder if the protesters actually expect anything to come from this or if they are just trying to keep their 15 minutes lasting a little longer?

I just wonder who they are hanging with that are telling him these are good 15 minutes of fame.

"Hey, remember that time you got on the field at an NFL game with pink smoke and ran around for a few seconds before a real man put your ass on the ground? That was bitchin!"

It's just about awareness to save the animals!

to be honest, I think his cause is getting more attention due to the charges than it did because he ran on the field...

if the point is to get his cause attention...it's working

Putin is getting a lot of attention right now, as is Gislaine Maxwell. Not sure it is wanted attention.

So you don't know what a straw man argument is, cool.
neither of the subjects you presented have anything to do with this.

A straw man (sometimes written as strawman) is a form of argument and an informal fallacy of having the impression of refuting an argument, whereas the real subject of the argument was not addressed or refuted, but instead replaced with a false one.[1] One who engages in this fallacy is said to be "attacking a straw man".

The typical straw man argument creates the illusion of having refuted or defeated an opponent's proposition through the covert replacement of it with a different proposition (i.e., "stand up a straw man") and the subsequent refutation of that false argument ("knock down a straw man") instead of the opponent's proposition.[2][3] Straw man arguments have been used throughout history in polemical debate, particularly regarding highly charged emotional subjects.[4]

NFL should sue the loser.

Instead they'll probably bring him out next week and let him kneel for the anthem.

Except I did address the argument. I used a simile. The argument is that not all attention is good attention and I gave two examples backing my statement.

So like I said, you have no idea what a straw man argument is no matter how many definitions to post and try to force it to fit.

It doesn't apply here to compare a cause that is just trying to get in your newsfeed to a megalomaniac like Putin or Gislaine Maxwell. They are just in the news. They don't need attention, they are just doing something and are in the news.

This guy ran on the field to raise awareness for something. His act had a reason and he is accomplishing it.

And the way or reason people become aware of you or your cause is not always positive, as I said.
You just have to fucking argue everything, like a child.
