Texass has yet to play the top 4 teams in the conference. After Saturday they will have played the worst 4 teams.

We've heard that before. They were going to hang 100 on Michigan last year.

Side note -- I like OSU's chances this year. We have a really good RB, but no the power back that OSU struggled with last year.

I was mostly just messing around. I am very confident Ohio State wins the Game this season but not in a blowout.

Ohio States has improved enough that I don't think Michigan will be able to control the clock and keep Ohio States offense off the field like last season.

I'd be more confident if UM had the physical running back like they had last year with Hassan Haskins. Blake Corum is much more explosive and can break off huge runs, but I'd much rather a physical back against OSU. I think UM will be able to put up points, but not sure it will be enough.

As far as our defense -- we get alot of pressure, but they have to use many more blitzes this year and mix it up, leaving CB's on an island in doing so. Not sure that is going to work against a team like OSU with the WR's you have.

Lol @Thiefery sucking off Quinn Ewers nuts. The guy is a chucker and likes to throw picks. And has already proved he is not very durable. He's the same guy Ohio State ran out of town.

They are a dangerous team with a healthy Ewers no doubt but Thiefery is getting a bit ahead of himself. I still think Texas' offensive line is a bit suspect and they drop one more to one of the teams you mentioned

Michigan's games that I have watched they seem to be coming out flat in the 1st half then pick it up in the 2nd. Absolutely will not be able to get away with that against Ohio State and probably not Penn State either

It still happened, ya still lost. Nether is a bad loss but losing to a TT team that itself has 3 loses doesn’t scream top 5. Saying as much is overly homeristic.
Tech's losses are to
#8 Ok St
#15 NC St
#17 K St
all on the road -

tough schedule -

My view is probably a bit shaded because of my love of Texas HS football coaches. But, I like how Joey has his guys playing. They've been in every game and I haven't seen any quit in 'em. And I don't think their guns are fully loaded right now...but they are still playing hard. That's a new mentality for them. The Red and Black around here are elated with the hire.

The only down side is I have to listen to all the Red Raider faithful around here yap about it....including my Red Raider alum son in law.

I don’t think it’s a bad loss at all. But calling A team a top 5 team with 2 loses this early I don’t agree with.

I think you need to be admitted to the concussion protocol because you are describing this dude #upgrade

lol this mean ou goes winless in the Big12?? ouch, better hit Costco for the family size kleenex

The OL still struggles along the interior 3 (Connor, Majors and Hutson) but the bookends have been really solid. My belief is that they continue to get better as the season moves along. But man what a position to be in when you have a legit QB that can mask OL deficiencies.. Like TLaw did at Clemson.
I have a terrific feeling that the Big12 all conference team will be littered with UT players on the offensive side of the ball.. QB Ewers, RB Bijan, WR Worthy, OT Banks (true Freshman), OT Christian Jones, TE Sanders

Please allow me to dream big

if you can't see the difference between Sam/Herman and Quinn/Sark... I don't know what to tell you

EDIT: I still love Sam, he was everything this program needed. Sucks that he couldn't overcome Tom

That's typically due to line play. Harbaugh may not be a good in-game coach, but he knows enough to have decent lines. They simply wear down weaker lines the later the game gets.

Michigan is a bit deceiving with their rankings being #5 (AP) and #4 (Coaches). Their Strength of Schedule to this point is 99th.

They're not winning games like they should.

^^ Mind you Nebraska beat Indiana by 14 pts. ^^

On the other hand Ohio St's Strength of Schedule is 18th, and they've been winning games like they should.

As I'd mentioned earlier, Ohio St is one of the most improved teams since week 1.
