how's the re-hab going, anyhow? What are you doing? Frequency?
Going great. Just had a session over the lunch hour. Usually twice a week and then some stuff with resistance bands at home daily.
They finally cleared me to start doing pushups today and some lighter than normal free weights, but no bench press yet.
The last two weeks sucked. Lots of random pain. But this week I hardly notice it.
