I think I know who you are talking about lol. I believe in next round you can't play from your own country and anyone from your group. For Bayern that eliminates Inter Milan and Dortmund (probably). Frankfurt finishes second in their group, they are eliminated for Bayern also. Leverkusen is done and dusted from UCL. Need Real Madrid to pass Leipzig. You know Bayern or Liverpool will get them. We always get Real Madrid and then the refs give us an absurd red and/or let Ronaldo score goals when he is way offside.

You know Bobby Lew..loves to fatten up the stats on the Celta Vigo's, Eche's, Arminia Bielefeld's, and Bochum's of the World, but when Liverpool, Bayern Munich, and Real Madrid are the opponent...not much.

Yeah, I’m not too excited about LFC draw as they almost assuredly will be in Pot 2. I’m praying Real finishes second. But we’ll probably get Bayern and Mane will ball out on us.

I was wrong about this. Leipzig in 2nd and Real in first. Leipzig lose to Schaktar they are out. All real has to do is beat Celtic and they are Pot 1 . So no worries for Bayern there. If Leipzig and Frankfurt win, then Bayern can't play Dortmund, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Inter. 1 in 4 chance to face Liverpool though since Liverpool in Pot 2 unless they win today with huge goal differential.

Big games today are Spurs vs Marseille and Frankfurt vs Sporting. Tightest group of all. Bayern could also face Porto or Brugge and PSG or Benfica and second place in Group above if not Frankfurt. Almost better for Bayern if Frankfurt and Leipzig and AC Milan lose to keep them from Chelsea, Spurs, and less opportunity to get Liverpool and Real.

Big comebacks from Spurs and Frankfurt yesterday. That eliminates Frankurt from the next round for Bayern. Brugge was added. Liverpool can't play Spurs so it is getting closer to a Liverpool Bayern match possibly. Liverpool wont get to play Chelsea or Man City either probably. That means a 50% chance they play Bayern or Real Madrid.

Yup. PSG is in Pot 2. Benfica won the group. So Bayern can't play Inter, Dortmund, Frankfurt, and Leipzig. They can play PSG, Liverpool, AC Milan, Brugge. 50% chance they get PSG or Liverpool. Not good. But not good for Liverpool or PSG either. 25% chance they get Bayern. Real Madrid looming for Liverpool or PSG too. 50% chance there that Liverpool gets Bayern or Real.. Also PSG could play Man City, Chelsea, Spurs, Real Madrid, Bayern. So PSG has it worse than Liverpool and Bayern..maybe. 62% chance they get one of these.

You know it is not going to happen. I hope so though. Too many German teams doing well and only in this round can't play a team from your assocation and from your group.
Always going to root for PSG to be matched up against City or Real.
1/2 the knockout round consists of German or English sides. Gonna see a lot of Bundesliga vs EPL in this first round i bet.

Always been a 2-team league with Atletico occasionally making it a 3-horse race. This season Atletico is a bit off it. Barca doing well in the league, but poor showing in champions league. Getting swept 5-0 aggregate to Bayern was pretty bad.
