Also, we do ours quarterly and they suck. I'm supposed to put time on the calendar for him to review with me, but I kind of refuse to do them. I just tell my bosses to tell me what to start/stop/continue. I have yet to write one and will dread the day a new boss makes me do it. Our managers have to go into the system and write their notes after we have the conversation. For this go 'round, he literally wrote: "Same comment as last quarter, really... force me to push back on a lot of these meeting requests"

Then, the next morning, he starts saying yes to meetings I told him I was saying no to
