GAME Orange Bowl: #6 TENN vs #7 CLEMSON • ESPN • 8ET

I was rooting for you guys against Notre Shame, I just don't think you had it in you.
Nah, too many opt outs and transfer portal kids. Decent showing, though. Would have loved another win over the domers.

He was wide open -- he let the WR run under it. I've watched Milton play more than anyone in this thread. He was our starting QB. At UM, he would have tried throwing it 100 mph on a line to the guy.

And the guy was open by 5 yards -- who was picking it off genius?

He didn't run under anything. He damn near had to stop to catch the ball. If he wasn't so wide open that pass is easily defended.

You're an idiot.

Tell me you never played football without telling me you never played football.

I played football. I was a rcvr and DB.

Hahaha. Were these announcers really acting like Vandy is some tough team to prepare for ?

Oh Come On GIF

They were for Florida and Kentucky lol.

To be fair, we lost Hooker and had just laid the egg of the South Carolina game. Getting fired up for that game under the circumstances was a BIG DEAL.

Don’t worry Dabo. It looks like they have some moldy bananas for you.

No oranges for you

I blame the coaching for Clemson. They were not aggressive enough in first half and they didn't use Shipley enough. Shipley was their best weapon on offense.

The Freshmen QB also has some decision making issues. They will need to work with him more if they are to be great in 2023.

Don't do the SEC Chant, the SEC doesn't deserve it. We are the only SEC team that has done shit so far in the bowl games. Even Arkansas didn't look that great in their win.

He threw a lot of stuff up for grabs tonight.

Are you serious right now? That was absolutely perfect. You don't think Milton COULD SEE he was wide open? So you think Milton should have thrown a bullet to him?

And yes, all kinds of former football players say they were a rcvr and not a WR. WOW. Just go away. You are so desperate to try and catch something I say, you make yourself look like an absolute fool.

I can't believe you actually posted that video to try and back up your ignorance.

RCVR. THAT IS PRICELESS.

It only looked "perfect" because he was wide open. He literally had to stop and wait for the ball to get there.
That's a jump ball if the defender is there.

I say receiver because depending on age I played TE or WR.

Huge win for the Vols. Way to cap off a season of beating Florida, Bama, LSU and Clemson
Congrats :yo:

Just build off it now that you have some momentum

Fine win over a solid team. Clemsons future is bright imho.

Someone posted that Tennessee played the last 7 national champions and went 3-1 against that slate this year:

SEC Mike is brutal. He has nailed Tennessee several times as well.

Dear RCVR,

Show the board where he 'literally had to stop and wait for the ball to get there', as the video you posted doesn't show that. It shows a perfect pass to a wide open RCVR.

And no amount of convincing from you will make anyone believe you played football, as NO ONE who actually played would use RCVR to describe what they played. TE/WR is the correct response. RCVR is what the kid in the high school who sat in the away bleachers during home games would say. :beer2:
