Warde has fucked up everything he's touched as AD. So I don't trust him to handle anything correctly. Warde could give Harbaugh a crazy contract and be done with it but from the sounds of it, he was quibbling about a few million bucks at a multi billion dollar institution. And since then Warde never speaks publicly, has fucked up handling of major issues like our basketball coach punching another coach, the Schembechler stuff, the hockey program stuff...and now he's playing around with Harbaugh's contract. And clearly Harbaugh hates the guy, and Harbaugh is the most important person in the entire department. Football is the money maker and Harbaugh has made the program a shit ton of money. Clearly Santa stepped in (which is a weird sentence to say) and Harbaugh clearly trusts him more than Warde. Warde needs to be fired.

Yes but maybe if you didn't have a president that was always so busy at the end of every year this would get taken care of earlier
