The guvnuh, Lt guvnuh and house speakuh claim to have “fixed” the issues. But the guys that run the damn thing have warned us to expect otherwise… both in this heat and during freezing times.

We went to Galveston when we had some time off on the weekend a few weeks ago and I was impressed with how much they cleaned the place up.

i was disappointed Sunday night.. restaurants were closed at 9pm/10pm.. i had to take some of my wife's family to the Wendys for a small bite to eat til we left later and hit up a taco truck on our way back. I really rolled out the red carpet for them down there :(

That doesn't bother me. Im old and in bed by 10. I don't eat fish or seafood so we ate the The Old Mexican Cafe and it was pretty good.

Guess what? It gets really hot in southern states from June - September.

Don't tell anyone though.

Right now:

Tuscaloosa 79
Athens 68

INB4 the tiny armed cock gobbler gets off break and has to get back behind the Southlake alley dumpster.
