Never used a pressure cooker before last week. Now I've used it 3 times in 2 weeks: curried goat, split pea soup and roast beef.

Great stuff. Will try pig's feet or tripe next.

Not a foodi. Old school stainless steel stove top style. The ones nowadays have safety features, so that you can't remove the lid while under pressure and it releases excess steam if over steamed.

I work from home so I don't have to commute, but I cut back on road trips. Road trips are problematic.

I use express buses and light rail for excursions into Seattle for music and bar hopping. Will. Not. Uber. Lyft. Or. Taxi. Fuck dat.

Also reduces DUI risks.
