There is, but I didn't have any fresh ground beef on hand.Is there any other way?
Hey @kobesgame, do you all still get a half a side of beef delivered? You should send some ground chuck @SlinkyRedfoot's way so he can do it up right.@SlinkyRedfoot I ordered him some Bomba socks...nice texture

No, and I have facts to base this on. Indisputable. Is there any other way?
Eh, you'll be fine. Younger generation doesn't want to work so employers take what they can get.Thursday and only day I'm IN office.
1pm major meeting... Basically my year review and I have made mistakes (nothing major) so I'm holding my breath to see how well this goes
Guess I should say, "it's been nice knowing you folks"
So are you insinuating that he is not a good employee? This board has become toxicEh, you'll be fine. Younger generation doesn't want to work so employers take what they can get.

I do hope it goes better for you than you expect. For the past 3 years I have been working under a boss who I personally don't like and not sure I can trust him. Very quirky dude. But I can also say that it has made me step up my game so to speak and I feel more confident that if I can succeed under him I can probably succeed anywhere.I'm sure I will be but I'd rather not have the meeting.
But it does show my boss wants me to succeed and move up
Thank you! So do II do hope it goes better for you than you expect. For the past 3 years I have been working under a boss who I personally don't like and not sure I can trust him. Very quirky dude. Good. Trust me, I don't like being in that situation either and have. But it sound like this could be a pathway for advancement for youThank you! So do I
She does want me to be at the level of my co-worker (who trained me). She is ridiculously good at her job so I guess its a compliment that she thinks (my boss) with this meeting I can somewhat get closer to said Co worker
No the opposite actually. My post was assuming he is a great worker and the next crop coming into the workforce is not from my experience. Not all are bad, but majority seem pretty worthless for these Gen Z. Maybe it's different in factory settings. So are you insinuating that he is not a good employee? This board has become toxic
Sounds like a sincere Thank You is in order.I do hope it goes better for you than you expect. Yes. He motivated you to preform better. What more can you ask of a supervisor? From me?
Every single Gen Z co-worker currently here and every single one that flaked out here & place before. Dealing with a few wanting to help with sports leagues and they aren't dependable either. Most that are not lasting are in the service industry. Those performing physical work are actually decent. Just my encounters though.do you have facts to suppor this?
I just wasn't clear on what you meant. Of course, and I have in previous conversations where it would be genuine. He's excellent in regards to planning and finance so I have learned from that.Yes. He motivated you to preform better. What more can you ask of a supervisor?
I was making reference to ill's tantrum earlier in the week, but alas. Yes, I agree the work ethic in this generation is pretty badEvery single Gen Z co-worker currently here and every single one that flaked out here & place before.
