Ervin had twice as many yards, nearly 3 times the yards per attempt, but Grant got more touches.

I dont understand how Grant gets any talk. Dude is not very good and wasn't very good last year either. He dances way too much, hops around rather than hit the hole, runs east and west too much. I doubt he'd start at a G5.

eh. The games that start to run 3.5-4 hrs get annoying. But its not the gameplay or rules that suck, its the all of the damn timeouts/commercials that drag everything out. These new rules won't do much change overall.

I'd take that over the game ending early and having to listen to the idiots in the studio talk
 
for the record i don't like it so far.. i feel we won't have crazy finishes that we are accustomed to seeing on Saturdays. waiting til the last two minutes feels unnecessary at that point..might as well take it all the way out

Yup. Couldn't care less how long games are, so long as the length isn't determined by how many commercials there are.
 
One thing is for sure, Nebraska's QB Sims is absolute hot garbage. Dude looks like he's running in sludge, even though he did seem to get a bunch of yards here and there on broken plays. And he throws even worse. 3 picks to 1 TD? Yuck. And if I'm not mistaken, at least a couple of those were in the red zone.

Don't recall saying I'd subject myself to anything. I said I'd prefer that scenario over the game ending early and watching idiots in the studio.
