This is the best you've got? They were all Riley's coaches under his leadership from 2017 to 2021 so there goes 90% of your excuse. Riley also had multiple Heisman winners and a butt load of 1st Team All=Americans during his time at OU. There goes your second excuse. And the playoff opponents just kept beating us worse each time because we were a one trick pony. It had absolutely nothing to do with the "recruits". Swing and a miss.

LMAO Riley screwed the pooch at OU. He left. We're moving forward with another HC. We'll see if it turns out better. But you'd have a hell of a time finding many OU fans who would want to have him back knowing what we do now. Dude had 4 playoff appearances at OU and never got past the first game. It's going to be interesting to see if he can do better at USC, assuming he stays there for a few years.

It could be and if so my apology. We had the offensive talent every year Riley was at OU but the defensive talent was certainly lacking and poorly coached by Alex Grinch.

In Riley’s situation he quit on the team, period. He didn’t finish out the year. No problem with people moving on, just don’t quit then lie about if.
