I think it's pretty clear that the Big Ten isn't very good this year as a whole. The question is how good are the top 3 compared to the top teams in other conferences? And honestly, we probably won't know until the CFP. Not enough major OOC games to know for sure.

I still think Michigan is pretty good. I think they finished the game with the mindset that Penn State couldn't score on them and went super conservative. And to be fair, it worked out for them.
