Time to Fire Ryan Day

Well Day recruits at an elite level and gets pantsed by a team with quite a bit less talent every year so….

Maybe you just need to hire a co-coach. Keep Day for recruiting and games against the Little Sisters of the Poor, and then a closer to coach against Michigan or anyone in the top ten.

Day can’t leave until there is some new scandal. That’s how all OSU coaches depart in the modern era.

It would be funny if he beat them to the punch and resigned a blue blood before they have a chance to fire him. No one ever leaves a blue blood on their own. Oh wait, Oklahoma and Notre Dame proved that wrong a couple of years ago.

A&M is a better job than Ohio State anyway.
Nah. And I am in no way an Ohio St supporter. But deep pockets aside, I don't think A&M is a better job

Lou Holtz perhaps?

We will win whatever meaningless bowl we end up in and idiots will celebrate the “moral victory” and forget Day got out coached straight up by a interim
Did he really though?
Cause... Harbaugh has cell numbers to those assistant coaches in the booth.. and those coaches have headsets communicating to the sidelines... and.. Was anyone watching the booth :noidea:?
Harbaugh is sneaky like that

Does it matter? Because anyone else would do the same thing in that situation. You cannot tell me a P5 coach isn’t going to be communicating with his staff

Personally I was hoping they would bring John Harbaugh in for this game

His buyout is 46.5 million

Just saying

he is 56 and 7. yes he's lost some big games. So did Kirby. Kirby made the championship in year 2 just like Day did. then he lost 3 straight sec championship games (ironically winning it all on the 3rd one)

Building a program is hard. Replacing Day at this juncture would be insane.

This is an intra-team issue … ain’t nobody’s business but ohio state and its fans.

I'm fine discussing it openly.

it's an absurd premise.

Rivals has OSU as 1 single pt behind UGA 2985 to 2984 in recruiting for 24.

Dumping him now tips the apple cart over.

You don't want to lose to your rival but with the new 12 team setup it's all about program building and not one single game fucking your whole season.

OSU should be in the tournament every year.

I mean second place isn’t that bad.
