I think GA beats MI in the Natty.

We prob beat Washington in the semifinals.

I can’t decide if Harbs will return next year. I’m leaning toward yes, even if he’s handed a hefty suspension by the NCAA.

I’m sure the Bears and Raiders will both go after him though.

Unless Michigan starts pulling a Texas A&M and buying 5 star recruits we are always going to be behind the programs at the very top.
 
If the bowl projections are correct, I think we have a shitload of guys sit out and win a close, boring game against either Louisville or NC State, but plenty of young guys get to see the field.

The ONLY thing I like about the 12 team playoff is that it creates more meaningful bowls again. There will be at least - what - 11? bowl games with meaning in the new format that kids won't opt out of.

They’re 12-0 and coming off back to back natties. If Alabama beats us Saturday, there’s still not much I can complain about

I don’t think we’re as good as we were last year, but I like our chances for a 3-peat, and if it doesn’t happen, I have no doubt we’ll be in contention again next year

Yeah absolutely. It should cut down on the mass number of players sitting out at least. It's going to be a lot of fun.

Yeah of all the NY6 teams to face, anyone from the ACC Is at the bottom of the list of who I want to see, but oh well.

seems like an obvious missed opportunity to have them against any of Texas/Bama/Oregon. Does the CFP/Bowl Committee even give a shit about conference tie-ins anymore in regards to bowls?

From what I can tell, it's going to be a matter of the Orange likely selecting OSU, then their bowl tie-in with the ACC still exists.

If (big if) Bama beats GA, does GA get the 4 spot and play MI in the semis?

Then Bama beats Washington/Oregon winner setting up GA vs Bama 3 in the Natty?

That’s my guess.

a win over ohio state is sweet, but know I am concerned with Iowa. Don't disregard the enemy in front of you or you may not meet the enemy you were supposed to.
 
They Buckeyes need work on the Oline and improvement in the QB area. The int's are a problem. The D is not bad but I dont like the lack of sacks.
