It's all a joke. Thankfully this iteration of the system is going away.

While I'm not in favor of 12 team mega playoffs, I'm also not fond of the current system and how they pick that top 4.

There is no justification that is consistent with earlier years, nor even up and down their final top 25.

It's dumb.
