Sorry. But a QB of a 9-3 team shouldn’t win the heisman. Hell they shouldn’t even be invited to the ceremony.

I’m sick that the SEC bias that has taken over college football, see FSU, has ruined and taken away a special moment for players like Bo Nix, who deserve and are worthy of the prestigious award of the Heisman trophy.

They screwed over FSU and now they screwed over Nix and dare I say, Penix. Yes, that’s how stupid this is, you got me even considering Penix more deserving of this award than Daniels.

Bottom line, Daniels shouldn’t have won it. He didn’t deserve it. Marvin Harrison was a joke to even be there, seriously wtf was that?

Thank you Bo for all you did for Oregon. Heisman in my book!

You act like 9-3 is horrible and then fanboy over a guy who led a team that went 10-2 and shit the bed against the only real competition he faced. Face it. Your boy wasn’t it.
 
Didn’t even realize they gave out the Heisman tonight.

Until they mentioned it during the NBA InSeason Championship game.
 
.......most important question about this ceremony tonight......Just watched the interview with Ryan Day......what the fuck is wrong with his cheeks? They are always red.....even in mid December.....

The entire CFB media undersold the Heisman race big time this year. Not near as much talk about it as you get most years.

Bo was a distant 3rd place in the voting. Got about half as many points as Penix. Looking at just first place votes it was even worse.

If it wasn't going to be Jayden, it would have been Penix.

But there are more voters in the general regions around the SEC.

Bo came up short in a couple of games and Penix had a couple of pedestrian games late in the year. You can't win it from the NW without being nearly perfect.

Daniels 2 way stats ran up largely against crap teams gave them an easy excuse to keep it in the south this year.

We all still got to watch both give us one of the most memorable seasons to close out the end of the Pac and both will be on NFL rosters next year.

They'll be fine.

Hell it was cool to see them both hanging out together in NY. They seem to have a lot of mutual respect for each other and now they share in this snub together.
 
Yeah, the Heisman trophy has been a farce for many a year now. I don’t give a shit about a Heisman.

The trophies, that really matter are conference championship trophies and national championship trophies.

Now quit moping and get out there & Enjoy the day.

the Heisman is an individual award. Daniel’s record doesn’t make the award a joke. What makes the award a joke is that they say it is for the best CFB player in the country and it is essentially a QB award. One could easily argue Latu was the best player in the PAC and he was never given consideration
 
Nix and Penix probably split the west coast vote. If only one of them went then maybe they win. Besides who really cares

The media tried hard to make Nix a national name and it just didn’t work. You don’t see anybody talking about wanting their fav NFL team to draft him in April.

Not that I watched, but the Heisman is more important than a mid season nba tournament.
