One of my neighbors has maybe my favorite Christmas display I've seen (I don't tend to like Christmas displays).
It's a Grinch, his doggie, a bunch of presents and a Christmas tree on their roof - presumably coming out of the chimney.

I’m not disagreeing with any of that. That’s exactly why they were sanctioned. If it’s got your name on it you’re responsible for it whether it was prepared by an associate that doesn’t know what they’re doing or AI.

I wouldn’t let anything out the door with my name on it that I haven’t reviewed personally.

And judges have clerks who will check those cites so there is no value to making it up. That’s why cohen’s lawyers likely were using AI.
