I was glad to see him finally have some good moments in the postseason. I've always liked him.

However, on SportsCenter the other day, someone said, "well, I think we can officially put all the 'Kershaw's terrible in the postseason' stuff to bed."

Not so fast. His postseason ERA is still nearly 2 full runs higher than his regular season mark.

it was completely rooted in analytics. guy doesn't like a hitters seeing a pitcher a third time around. look at snells gamelog history over the years. guy rarely ever goes 6 innings and anything past that is unimaginable. guess this has worked for him as the rays have a good bullpen. gabe kapler tried pulling this shit opening day with Nola his first year in philly and it failed miserably. he learned there's times you have to read the situation.
