To the people who have visited both Wisconsin and Minnesota, could you tell much of a difference? The reason I ask is because I grew up on the WI/MN border.

Purple and green are easy to tell apart iffin you ain't colorblind.

Been to every state East of the Mississippi, and Louisiana, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada west of the Mississippi.

Only state I am negative about is Iowa. What a boring place!

I can't figure out how to post the map, but for me:

Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Michigan.

I've got a road trip to South Dakota coming up in a couple weeks, so Illinois, Missouri, Iowa and South Dakota will be added.

Actually, I forgot South Carolina.
i find your map interesting, Tom. you've made it out to WV and Virginia, but not in Maryland. You've been through Texas and Arkansas, and Georgia and Florida, but were able to avoid Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. And you've been in every lower 48 state west of the Miss. River, sans Idaho. lol

Congrats on visiting Michigan while bypassing Ohio/Indiana.

Yeah, it is weird looking when seen on a map like that.
I might have passed through Idaho, just barely, at one point. But I will be traveling there in the spring to visit my sister. I have family in NC. They're rich, maybe I should visit them. I hear they own a large marina and sell luxury yachts.

I live in North Carolina, but I've been to Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada. The wife and I are planning a trip to New England so I'll most likely be adding VT, NH, and ME and possibly NY to my list soon.

Not very many.

Ohio
Indiana
Illinois
Missouri
Kansas
Colorado
Texas
New Mexico
Arizona
Nevada
California
Arkansas
Mississippi
Tennessee
Kentucky
Louisiana
Alabama
Georgia
Florida

So not even half.

The first time I ever went to Michigan was the UP, but for mainland I took a ferry across the lake. That was fun.
Took the ferry as a kid but that's it. Guess I was the only one that didnt puke. Lol

Not sure, but it might be the only boat involved in the US highway system. It's route is US10.

Thought this was going to be the only year I didn't leave the state. But unintentionally found myself in Spread Eagle WI on my way from Lake Superior to Lake Michigan last month. Felt like a victory.

I did not know that.

I was in 8th grade. Flew into Detroit with my step grandma to visit some of her family across the border in Windsor, I guess Michigan shouldn't be included based on OP's rules since the only time I actually spent in Michigan was at the airport and the drive to the border from the airport and the drive to the airport from the border, but I could see Detroit across the river for a week.

Tunnel or bridge?

Interesting exercise. I've probably spent 50-60 collective hours in the Denver airport, but I still can't count Colorado in good conscience.
