Folded brim mostly, backwards if I'm doing yardwork and the sun's up. I never understood the flat brim, with the stickers still on it; what, are you hoping to maybe return it or sell it as a collector's item one day?

I’m 53 and I still wear hats backwards sometimes but I refuse I absolutely refuse to stand for flat brimmed hats

If you wear it flat brim, you are a douche or a teenager
If you wear it backwards you are a stepdad or trying to bond with your gf's kids and probably call them kemosabe.

Nice and rounded. Preferably “stretch fit” or whatever NewEra calls it.

If it’s a regular fitted hat I gotta leave it folded in on itself for a few days before I can stand to wear it. Feel like hats are stiffer now than they used to be.

Not a fan of snap back hats, floppy hats or cowboy hats. Don’t know who invented the stocking hat with a bill, but good on ya. Wear the hell outta those in the winter when I’m outside.

I only wear a hat backwards if I’m working with my back to the sun. Or on something close quarters, then I’ll turn it around. Or if I really need to focus, then a slow turn of the hat always helps.

Usually wear a hard hat backwards though. Don’t know why. Maybe it wiggles less, idk. Now I’m gonna wonder.
