It keeps the fold in the bill that it comes with, I don’t fold it more, but is technically folded

Trucker style with the mesh back or go to hell though

I get a new Caterpillar hat at least once a month from their sales dude

Are we talking a flex fit? A 5950? A low profile 5950? A SnapBack?

agree, 3930 is the better deal for me. When I was younger and had my one hat for my one team per sport, I'd sport the expensive hat. But these days I have too many with all the special editions, city connect, alternate jersey, etc. 3930 is comfortable and still gives a nice bill. I HATE with a passion the Adidas hats with their plastic bills that you can't get to hold a curve.
 
I used to wear '47 brand fitteds exclusively but I have started getting away from that...fitted just doesn't feel right anymore.

I am more in the "dad hat" category these days...which are basically golf hats with the adjustable straps with a curved brim.

I kind of like the '47 Brand Brrr collection...may pick up a Phillies one of those.

Well, the options you gave there are either fitted (solid back) or snapback. What's the issue here?

I've got a nice flow going these days, but can't quite get it into any sort of ponytail...and never will.

Only time i go flat brim is if it's a brand new hat and it's made to wear that way.

But 99.9% of all my hats are old and worn. Only flat-ish brim i have is a Rangers city connect lid from last season, and even that i had to bend a bit because i just couldn't do the flat.

A 5950 and a flex fit are completely different profiles. You’d look like fucking peewee Herman if you decided to flatten a flex fit lid.

5950 and 3930 don't have different profiles, they are both rounded crown with cardboard/fiber bill. The only difference is the stretch material. Your OCSport and 47's have a stiffer and higher cut backing material that make them fucking billboards on your forehead.

As for snapbacks, forward or backward...looks stupid.
