The poobahs underrate the Vols and may also overrate NCSU. Tennessee could score 50+ while holding NCSU to four scores or less… best case 28 pts, could be 12 or something in between. I don’t quite see the Vols D at the shock & awe level just yet, but they could get there.
 
There are quite a few "Bet the Farm" spreads this week and that's scary.
