I see a program in distress like this through multiple coaching changes and my mind goes to the boosters: Are they the problem?

Anyone here who knows Florida football better than me, I'd love to know your thoughts on that.

Florida seems to be an average team in an above average conference that expects exceptional results but only get those results when they have truly great coaches: Meyer & Spurrier. When they had a very good coach in Mullen that wasn't enough. The problem is there's no big incentive for a great coach to come there even when one is available.
