Thursday night looks like ass.
Friday
Syracuse goes to #25 UNLV (WTF?)
Michigan State @ #6 Oregon
Saturday
#9 Missouri @ #25 Texas A&M
SMU @ #22 Louisville
Iowa @ #3 Ohio State
#10 Michigan @ Washington
Rutgers @ Nebraska
Texas Tech @ Arizona
Man, holy shit. There is only one ranked vs. ranked matchup this weekend. Or did I miss something? NOW, the following week, football starts on Tuesday and continues. I think it is that way for the rest of the season, or close to it.

I'm good with it. It's college football season. Looks to me like it'll clean some questions up.

The only important game there is #9 Missouri @ #25 Texas A&M. The winner is gonna be the baddest as mf'er around because they're SEC and beat a ranked opponent.

Does anyone predict an unranked team upsetting a ranked team this week?

All the good teams have bye week this week. Sorry

I hereby bestow on you the honor of being a suffering Miner fan. :yo:

And I do believe you are correct. Only ranked matchup I saw was Mizzou/A&M.

We have to remember that a couple of weeks ago, games didn't look great. They weren't bad.

Yeah, games don't have to be ranked vs ranked to be good. I think all those you listed above with be good games with the exception of Sparty-Oregon. That one has more potential to get ugly than most of the others.

CFB is truly better than ever, from a competitive viewpoint.

I’d like to compare this years margins of victory/upsets with previous seasons.

Data crunch fun for someone?

Washington seems like another Minnesota where they will fuck up enough to not be able to win the game vs Michigan in the end
I'll put some extra V's on UM, then

This week's games turned out to be pretty awesome

Does Georgia fall further in the ranking now that their loss is to a team that Vandy beat?

Well, it was supposed to a very lackluster week. One ranked vs. ranked match-up that turned out to be an assault. No one, and I mean no one could see the carnage that was about to take place.
Look at the teams that couldn't seem to get it going,
the teams that couldn't keep it going,
the teams that never had it going.
There were some teams that showed up for 60 minutes and beat the man. Whether you like it or not, learn to live with it, because it's the best thing going today.
