Yessir. My wife and I have a cycle where I'll make a fresh pot of coffee, she drinks it warm, I put half of it in a large mason jar and stick it in the fridge. Next morning, I make a fresh pot, drink the cold coffee, she drinks the hot coffee, and so on.

Yeah, I do this a lot with the French press. I can drink it cold, but gotta have some of that other stuff in it too.
