We play all the teams that beat the teams you imply aren’t cakewalk
Let's see the teams you have left...
Arkansas lost 63 - 31
Florida lost 34 - 20
A&M lost 44 - 20
Kentucky lost 28 - 18

4 blowouts lol a real murders row you got there.

Not everyone got a cake walk schedule like texas.

The variance of schedule strength inside this large conferences is crazy. It’s just bad

they only cry about it now since we got the Bama/UGA treatment year 1

I just meant in general. SOS is a big factor in conference races throughout the large conferences

i've actually came to the conclusion that even though an extra game is risky.. moreso with injuries.. but if you can be tied at the top but your SOS keeps you out of the CCG.. it gives you a week off that CCG weekend.. then you play 2 weeks later vs someone who will be ranked lower than you..at your house.

Get by that, you still have 10/11 days to get ready for round 2.

I feel that we will see upsets in round 2 for the teams who get the bye week. Usually the semifinals of the CFP have been messy..you can see the rust on both sides in those games.. the Championship game.. however, you see the better team usually DOMINATE after getting by the semifinals.

The team that i wouldn't want to be is the one that loses in the CCG.. how far back does the committee place you? Are you all of the sudden on the road for the first game? Playing someone that had a full week off since they didn't play in the CCG?

Texas has scheduled ND home and home for 2028-2029

Unless there’s another upset, the Texas v TAMU game will decide which of those two goes to the cog methinks.

Yep. I’ll blame Indiana fir their pathetic OOC. But the conference part is all on the B1G/big conferences. Indiana only played who they were assigned to play. That part ain’t on them. It fells like they HAVE to beat Ohio State to be considered legit. Penn State didn’t.

yeah i'm not mad about the schedule.. you can only get upset about the OOC scheduling.. and let's be real.. no one really cares since it's Indiana.. it's just talked about more because they are undefeated in November

they have their big games coming.. they win those they should be ranked higher

FIFY. I keep hearing that. But it is GAME, singular. Finish is Michigan, @Ohio State, Purdue. I don't think Michigan or Purdue as a "big" game unless we consider each and every game played by undefeated teams as "big". Those two damn sure shouldn't increase their SOS or SOR as much as we are led to belive. JMO

Michigan is still a big game.. yeah they aren't that good like last year but they are far from scrubs

brands still matter

Johntay Cook is no longer on the team..

rumor is that he's been upset (hasn't played since RRS) and got into it with a coach.. He then got "dismissed"

He probably ends up at SMU where his offseason coach (Margin Hooks) has a connection to
