Thinking of dropping up to a couple hundred on a good pressure cooker/air fryer. I've read reviews going both ways and I still can't decide which one to get. Do any of you have experience with either brand?

My instapot isn't an air fryer also, so can't speak to that. But I've never been a fan of the Ninja crap, and my instapot gets regular use and never had an issue. It pushed the crock pot into retirement.

We have the Ninja Foodi 11 in 1. It’s the goat, the two times a year we decide to dig the 50 lb thing out of the cupboard, spread the pieces out on the island and then take an hour to clean.

I have an instapot that I don’t really use so I don’t know if it’s good or not, but the ninja brand doesn’t strike me as dependable or good quality, but I don’t know for sure because I’ve never bought any of their stuff. Did they start out as an infomercial?

OK, thank you all for your input. Gonna go with Instapot, they've been doing this longer. Some of the Ninja reviews were disturbing - missing parts, refurbished units delivered instead of new units, used units shipped as new, and fires.

I have both an instapot and an air fryer so two different appliances. My GF uses both all the time one of her favorites is making pulled pork and tarter tots. She can make pulled pork in less than an hour in the instapot. Then as she's putting the finishing touches on the pulled pork, she uses the air fryer to get the tater tots nice and crispy. I also make chili in the instapot and mac and cheese. Pasta takes like five minutes to make

When you getting married, Dole?

I honestly don't get the instapot? What's the fucking point of it?
The thing Dole bought looks like it’s for a broad. A crock pot and soup maker? Cool story maam

If it ain’t got an air fryer I don’t want it

It’s a pressure cooker- cook shit fast en sech.

It’s pretty much a tool of the devil. Like microwaves.

So it's just a fag's pressure cooker?

I mean, I have a pressure cooker, but I just use it for canning?

Give me an example of a meal you would make in it?

Amateur. We have the 13 in 1. It flips up for easy counter storage.

Pot roast from frozen in 90 minutes.

It's an automated pressure cooker. So you can cook REALLY fast.

I make an awesome roast in it. Made lasagna a few times that was pretty legit. It makes great chicken tortilla soup.

There's a ton you can make with it, but I don't get the full benefit of it.
