Shredded green pork and red chicken. 6 of each. They are huge, and about 75% meat. His wife said they make the mass with chicken stock, and season it up too. Crazy good and wrapped in banana leaves instead of corn. Unreal.... I have already eaten half of them. They'll be gone tomorrow.

Banana leaves? Interesting. Love some good tamales. When my Mom was alive, she made them every Christmas. She'd make a ton of them and we'd eat our fill for a couple of days, then freeze the rest.
