The BCS was the best system. Oregon vs. Georgia would have been a great game. 4 team playoff is fine. A 12 team playoff where some teams that don't deserve it get a bye, while others get a Boise State, SMU path, is fucking stupid.
 
Michigan won the last game they played. Just like Ohio State. Oregon cannot say that. Notre Dame cannot say that.

Wisconsin cannot say that. :facepalm:

Fun fact, Michigan is the only ranked team this millennium to finish the season with two top 15 wins.

With the BCS system you could argue that we were close to a Boise State vs Oregon natty and that would have been a shit game.

They didn't win the final game of the MLB season. Ohio State won the last game of the season. Not "their" season, the entire season.

The best part about the BCS is that it accurately treated non-BCS leagues as secondary. A G5 school would never be in the BCS title game.

There's absolutely no reason to give those schools a shot, even in teh 12 team format.
