I use a Harry's razor and shave cream with water for non-beard areas (cheek and neck). For my beard, braun electric razor and attachments

Mornings before work but I don't shave daily

I have a beard so 20 seconds on the neck and brush the cheek with an electric razor and I’m out the door. It takes me longer to brush my teeth.

Shower / no cream with a safety razor on alternate days, with electric for the other days & weekend. My beard grows too fast that if I skip a day, coworkers rag me for it.

Monday mornings
Gillette proglide
Cremo shave cream

Schick Hydro 5 razor (disposable, so no committment)
Edge shave gel
Aqua Velva aftershave or Gillette after shave gel

I shave about once every 3-4 days, I find it a complete waste of time/razors/shave soap to shave daily, or even every other day. I use an old-fashioned double-edged razor, and my go-to blade are Astra Superior Platinum:

You can get a pack of these off of Amazon for like, ten bucks. I use each blade twice. I shave once, then my next shave I flip the blade over so I use the opposite edge, and if you do the math, it comes out to something like $.05 cents/shave.

Merkur Razor

And my favorite shave soap is Colonel Conk, specifically their amber-scented soap, it's loaded with glycerin so it's slicker 'n eel shit , blade glides on my face, whips up into an excellent lather.

Oh, and I've been using the same Omega boar bristle soap brush for years

When I shave, I do the whole "first pass with the grain, lather up again and against the grain". Baby ass-smooth every time.

Each blade only lasts you two shaves? I can get at least 4-5, and I'm not exactly ripping up my face.

I was impressed. The bristles on that brush are made from real Omega Boars.

Shower
Soap
Razor
Same.

Razor is proglide currently but I change that up depending on what costco has at the time I need to buy new blades.

Soap is the plant based organic one from ... Costco.
