Depends on if you trust her. Can she control the situation? Will she stand up for herself, or let a guy do something she isnt ok with?

Thats what it has come to with my daughter. She has a boyfriend, and seems like a decent kid, but when it comes down to it, i can tell she is in the drivers seat. She is a high school senior now, and I have to give her enough freedom to figure things out on her own.

And yes, raising daughters is way different than boys.

Don't worry about it, my first wife wasn't even 18 yet when I got her pregnant so I'm sure your daughter at 18 is much more mature.
