I had a boss once who tried to get me to give her my wife's cell number. I asked, "what on earth for?" She said, "uhh, in case of an emergency?" I said, "If there's an emergency, you call 9, 1, 1."

I would have been out of there asap - then again, maybe that's exactly what you did - it just took 6 months to find a comparable job.

Yeah I transferred to another position with the same organization, but I had to put in a certain amount of time before I could leave, per company policy. Plus, she tried to deny me the transfer as long as she could.
