I'm stunned that with so many counties in the Bay Area closing back up, schools haven't started closing again ... at least not yet.
 
dayum....this bitch has some kind of self sharpener that sharpens it as you pull it out of the block. Haven't delved into the reviews to see if that actually works or not, but that's kinda cool.

lulz i thought you meant those little dinky things on the side. I didn't know they actually made them into the slots.

I'll answer any TV questions you have. I may have to answer them tonight when I get home though if I have to google some shit. When I leave work I have to go help my buddy align his tires or some shit on his new side by side.

Best roasted chicken is when you throw a cast iron skillet into the oven and get it screaming hot at about 500º. Spatchcock & season your bird then toss it in the pan, tits down and roast for about 20 minutes at 450. Flip it and roast another 10-15 minutes. Perfection. I've been doing a lot of dry brining with the chicken lately, I may have to combine the techniques to see if it's any good.

You're talking about a 3 pound chicken or cornish game hen, right?

Otherwise its undercooked.
