I have access to cryotherapy at my gym as part of my membershipLuv me sum ice baths
That's one if those things I'd really want to try but if given a shot might get hesitant. Might need to start the ice baths soon with it getting cold out and my dumbass doing things like doing a 10K in shorts when it's like 35 degrees out yesterday.I have access to cryotherapy at my gym as part of my membership
I'll be honest. I'm too chickenshit to try it. That, and you need an appointment, and I've not been willing to commit to anything given the current events etc etc etc. But mostly chickenshit...
Gravity! Also... isn't the water going to keep rinsing it down, anyway?
Also... who doesn't aim at the drain?

Don't you have a vinyl liner?Missed this earlier.
If you're in a luke warm shower or colder, you should be ok. However, if you pee in a steamy shower, the hot moisture tends to rise and spread out; pee also tends to be very warm so that just adds to the situation.
When my son was about 7 years old, he used to pee in the shower. I knew because you could smell the urine on the shower curtain after a few times. He at least stopped after I told him to quit doing that shit.
cool story, bro, but I gotta hear Chewy's take on thissun.nah, just an RV
When I used to run, my favorite temps were from mid-20s to low 40s. Get that cool sweat going. I always wore a pair of gloves to keep the knuckles from drying and cracking, though.
But holy balls... that cryotherapy is another level of cold... like -200
That's pins and needles cold....
What he calls an RV is just an old Chevy Van with the shag carpet in the back.

Because as long as the shower is running, it's always going down....

Glampim crap?
Oh I love running in that shit. Did cross country senior year of high school and my best times came in the snow, then first started marathon training in the Chicago winter and would be going through snow storms on long runs. Just gotta really stretch out before or you'll be regretting it.When I used to run, my favorite temps were from mid-20s to low 40s. Get that cool sweat going. I'll never understand why guys can't just pee in the damn toilet before they get in the shower.
