super groggy Thursday morning

haircut appt for this afternoon...nothing really else planned.

also have not drank any booze since Saturday...almost cracked a beer last night...but I think I am going to keep going with it.

Good morning good people. Cold as hell here last night. Temp down to 65 before I turned on the heat. Still haven't told the wife. She seems comfortable, so I'll keep it to myself.

I bought my Christmas gifts from my wife to me, yesterday. Just like last year, I will act surprised.

Looks like a good NFL game tonight, Rams and Patriots. Not much in the college football world I'm looking forward to this weekend. Just waiting for next weekend and the Big 10 Championship with Ohio State. OR, maybe it gets canceled. That kind of year.

Thought for the day: OK, the angels did sing at the first noel, but did the Dodgers sing at the second noel?

We had one for while the basement was under construction. Did also throw some shit out in the process.

As Little Guy gets older, we'll be getting rid of baby stuff and replacing it with older kid stuff.

Just applied. Found out that they have a certain hiring system basically. That place is a USDA loan specialty and next door is the regular bank. So when one of the USDA loan specialty employees leaves, they hire the best one from the regular bank next door. That bank may call as I put in information last year to them but they didn't have any openings. The interview for tomorrow found me through Indeed.
