Going through the motions Monday

Morning. Reorganized the laundry room this weekend. Realized while I was doing that that the basement contractor never sealed the window in the laundry room, so I also sealed that up. Hopefully makes the basement a bit warmer.

This is the second year in a row where we have decided to make a spec change at the end of the year that requires multiple people to sign off/admin work.


When everyone is out of the office. Then we panic in January because it's not done.
 
I need to get more christmas gifts, I have no idea what to get my mom. Not sure if I should ship her something, hold out hope she can make it in February.

I would take a bit of a pay cut, but I think this would be more than I'm willing to accept. They let it slip of the title of the position. I technically just put a feeler out for any openings and took the required testing that weeds out those who aren't seriously interested. Basically it would probably be my starting out pay for when I first started that similar position at the old gig. That's too big of a cut to take.
