It's Wednesday You Slackers

But I still think it would exceed their ability because of their luxury tax situation. I could be wrong.
Taxpaying Scenario —

  • Rule — If a team’s post-trade team salary would exceed the tax level, then a traded player may be replaced in the same transaction by one or more players whose salaries together do not exceed 125% of the pre-trade salary of the traded player plus $100,000.

school picture retakes?

just call them back and be like, no, that's just how she looks, go with it.
She insisted. We forgot the morning of pictures, so she didn't have the right clothes or hair happening. So I let her decide.

This is correct. The exception fills in the gap in that instance

The question would be whether they would want to use it on Drummond

I doubt they will. It was just a thought. Eventually all this capital Ainge had needs to pay off. Plus theyd get his Bird rights. Which would allow them to re-sign him

Nice, hope it's a Visa card and you can use it anywhere you like.

That'd be great.
@basement bias

You have to be careful though. My brother got two $200 visa gift cards for the holidays, and both were hacked and had a shitton of fraudulent charges on them, and it's an absolute pain in the ass to address that with visa. You have to address each charge individually and I think the hackers know that, so they made a LOT of smaller transactions.

He had only used them on Amazon and one at a Target.

After hearing that shit, I don't want any more visa gift cards.

No, I haven't drank in quite awhile. I remember having a small drink awhile back for something and could tell it had been awhile. The last heavy drinking was at my best friend's bachelor party to his first wife. I ended up passing out in my puke in front of his parents tree. I hadn't really had the desire to drink like that ever again.
Last heavy drinking I did was last night. A bunch of bourbon and then hit some cheeba. Then I rocked the fucking suburbs just like Michael Jackson did, except for the fucking kids part.

He's using it one time on a fridge.

Drummond would be exactly what Boston needs too.

I only get "passed out by a tree" drunk once a week. Moderation sir.
I don't pass out in strange places very often, but it has happened. Not for quite a while, though.

I can't remember the last time I threw up from drinking. That would take a shitload of booze.

So a little further look. Celtics sit at around $132 million. Tax apron sits around $138 million. They could bring in about $6 million in salary with the trade exception, but would have to move the rest of the salary. So *I think* the Celtics would have to move about $22 million in salary to get Drummond.

Yeah, I don't puke.

But I'm not above passing out

You also have to consider they're not paying his entire contract when a deal is made before the deadline. The math gets fuzzy lol

sorry for not keeping track of the trades Danny Ainge made or almost made....

you would certainly go out on a Bender if you tried to keep track of that

Impressive sir. That's maybe a once a year occasion for me also. Can remember throwing up on margs but I think it was more the sugar

But there's still a back stop to it. You can't just use the entire thing if you are up against the cap.

I tried the trade on the NBA trade machine and it failed until I got over the $22-ish million mark.

Not good enough to make me want to try the others
Yeah, I was not overly impressed with the American Haze other than the labeling. Picked up a six for 4th of July because Budweiser has stopped doing the American flag cans for the 4th since it's racist now.
