Trying to use up some certain cuts of meat from our freezer and pulled a couple sirloins out for tonight. Going to go with red pepper pesto over the sirloin and a side of cacio e pepe.

Cooking new things is one of the few things pulling me through this fucking pandemic.

I'm cool. Sitting in my recliner looking at the bird feeder and the snow on the back hill out the bay window. But I'm getting a bit bored and restless, that's why I look forward to going out driving for Grub Hub this evening (I'm retired, this is what I do now).

she tried to pawn off the pregnancy on the next boyfriend, but that's over and now she's trying to get that child support from the rightful baby daddy.

Chipotle Sofritas isn't bad...but daddy like the new cilantro steak...

I had the sofritas once, wasn't bad.

but Moes had those big cubes of tofu that when you put them in a burrito didn't make a difference. Tasted good.

I'm getting sick of those salads you get at Chipotles and all the knock offs. It's just the perfect thing for me, I get it near the end of my evening and eat half when I get home, then half the next day. But I've gone to that well too often.
