Thursday - National Drink Wine Day

Maybe you can spearhead the whole Bike thread section? Hammer must be at 7/11 filling up his big gulp.

I'll say, if I were to pick 45 minutes to workout, I'd choose F45 over Peloton.

but really...

Serena lost in straight sets
I saw that this morning on SC. Serena is one of the least attractive people I ever see on television. I put her in the same category as that really fat lady on This Is Us.

I've never seen him/her on TV, but I'd also throw that WWF wrestler dude who lopped his dick off in that bucket as well.

I thought the monthly cost was like 39 once you activate the bike.

$13 just to talk about it. $39 once you actually start using it.

nothing is as manly as picking things up and putting them down.

Like farmers? Construction workers? Or guys who deliver pizzas on bikes?

- Do feminine cardio activity.
- Get led by a sweaty man on your screen telling you how to exercise.
- Watching a sweaty man on your screen for a half hour.
- Pay for it.

Do all of this alone, with no broads in yoga pants around you.

Sounds like an awesome way to spend my time.

I'll admit, I'm confused on the cost of their membership and their "free/included" time prior to my bike arriving.

But, fuck it, what's another $26 I'm paying for the digital right now over the 2 months I'm waiting for my bike?

4 days lifting. 1-2 cardio days a week(sometimes that’s lifting too).

If I box it’s once every 10 days.

edit: Now I’m doing it too. We really need a workout thread.
