He was secretly recorded so I'm not sure the rat label works but Rush Propst is the lowest form of life anyway. His old defensive coordinator Jeremy Pruit is just as bad.But at any rate, rat bastard narcs are some of the lowest forms of life. Nobody will ever trust that coach again
You claim to be a UGA fan and don't know who Rush Propst is? SMH. Again? No one believes him now.But at any rate, rat bastard narcs are some of the lowest forms of life. Nobody will ever trust that coach again
Beyond recruiting and my old school, I don’t really follow HS footballYou claim to be a UGA fan and don't know who Rush Propst is? SMH. Again? No one believes him now.
Here's my take:
- Unless you are in Georgia or Alabama, you've probably never heard of Rush Propst. He's one of the biggest pieces of shit on the planet, with one redeeming quality ... he seems to be able to win big at high school football. Trouble has followed him everywhere. Dude had a fucking side family, seriously. You can't even imagine the number of times this guy has fucked up. So, anything Propst says has to be taken with a huge mountain of salt.
- Of all the people to accuse of taking money, Chubb? Seriously, he could have said any other player to ever play for UGA and I would have believed it. But, Chubb? Nah.
- That said, sure, every team has a bag man, UGA too. It's been that way forever. Will always be that way. But, Propst won't be the person to bring Smart or Saban down. No one believes a thing he says.
Money talks, and I won’t say anyone is above it, but Chubb is probably the most classy player to ever play at UGA, probably my favorite player ever at the school(Herschel was before my time, I was born in the Ray Goff era). Why not Chubb? He was a 5* running back so without knowing anything else about him I'd be surprised if he didn't get anything under the table.
I'll say this everything in the article about Propst and Paul Bryant Jr are accurate in the article but all of it could have been sourced from documents in the public domain.Prefacing this with the fact that I know recruiting is dirty, here is a little bit about Propst from the article above:
Most people know Propst as the head coach of Hoover High School in Alabama, which was featured on the MTV show Two-A-Days. He coached at Hoover for nine years, winning five state championships. He coached a Colquitt County High School in Georgia, was a volunteer assistant at UAB, and is the current coach at Valdosta High School. The details of his career are where things get messy.
Propst revealed he had a second, secret family in 2007 and resigned as Hoover's head coach. Despite allegations of wrongdoing against his program, he denied all of them. In 2016, he was suspended by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission after headbutting one of his Colquitt players. He appealed and was instead given a reprimand. in 2019, he was fired from Colquitt for numerous Code of Ethics violations.
Propst has been at Valdosta for one year and his program is already under investigation for paying potential recruits to the school.
None of that means his allegations against Smart and Saban are untrue, but they certainly need verification. That said, I don't think these accusations will surprise anyone.
I hope it’s all true then. A one year postseason ban and some probation for UGA would be a good trade off for a Bama death penaltyI'll say this everything in the article about Propst and Paul Bryant Jr are accurate in the article but all of it could have been sourced from documents in the public domain.
I think the most interesting piece of information that I've read is Propst claim there is a fund in Mobile that was set up in the 60s that Alabama uses to pay players. If they could ever prove that it would be the death penalty because that would literally be 50 years of cheating. If true I think people would end up dead (no joke) before that info came out.
You have to start winning before you can keep on winningPersonally I dont care. If you get caught pay the price, until then keep on winning.
