Those sundowners have (had?) a cult following and the consensus seems to be they're not as good anymore.

Same here, BUT, I'm partial to the Nike Men's Air Pegasus 35 for running, which are two or three series past and I don't like what they did with the tongue. So, I bought up a few pairs of 35s that I could find last year, and one of those pairs was these ridiculously bright things.

I don't like how they look, but they feel good and I'm fine wearing them in the gym.
